Good communication, close to town center but quiet, no noise at night, spacious bedrooms, newly fitted bathroom.

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our city break. It was located close to the town center and was easily accessible from the train station. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony and the comfortable bed, which ensured a good night's sleep.

We found the mezzanine bed to be difficult to access and potentially dangerous, which meant one of us had to sleep on the sofa instead. basic toiletries were not provided, which was inconvenient, especially as we arrived late in the evening.

This hotel is a fabulous base for exploring the beautiful mountains of Tirol. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the center, and the ski bus service is easily accessible. The rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors have balconies overlooking the serene garden, providing a peaceful retreat after an adventure-filled day.

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional. Nothing could have been improved.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and cooperative, and the owner personally spoke with me. The hotel's location was excellent, close to the ski bus and the town center. The ski storage was very convenient, and the apartment itself was excellent. It was tastefully furnished, with good-sized rooms and lots of cupboard space. The WiFi connection was excellent, and there were plenty of TV options in English and German. The hotel was quiet at night, providing a peaceful and safe atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel had a good-sized balcony, which was a nice bonus.

The apartment was well equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a microwave, hot-plates, toaster, and kettle. The free wireless connection was a great addition, and there were even three TVs in the apartment. Another advantage was the option to have fresh bread delivered every morning, making breakfast convenient.

We had difficulty obtaining our guest cards, and it took some time to figure out how to use the FAX machine and telephone. However, once we resolved these issues, everything was fine.
